With over 20 years of international leadership experience, he specializes in largescale organizational transformation, with a strong focus on the evolution of procurement functions at global and local levels. His expertise spans strategic and operational leadership, competency and capability management, and advanced procurement models. He has a proven track record in building, implementing, and scaling Shared Services and Global Business Services organizations, consistently driving maturity, efficiency, and sustainable performance in complex, multinational environments.
His core areas of specialization include sustainable and socially responsible procurement, CSR and ESG frameworks, and the CSRD regulatory landscape, combining deep theoretical knowledge with hands on execution.
Alongside his executive roles, he is an academic lecturer at leading universities in Krakow and an active practitioner and theorist of negotiation. He also serves as a Strategic Board Member and Head of the Krakow Chapter of the Association of Business Service Leaders.
