Shaped by a multicultural background rooted across Europe and formative years spent in Asia, Sara brings a deeply global perspective to her work. She holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Human Rights and spent a decade working with NGOs and international organizations in Asia, leading programs in democratization, women’s and girls’ rights, and organizational and change management.
For the past 15 years, she has worked in the corporate environment as an HR Business Partner, supporting large, complex organizations through transformation and growth. From the very beginning, she has been a strong advocate for Diversity & Inclusion, recognizing its critical role in building workplaces where people thrive and innovation flourishes. Today, she leads the Inclusion Core Team, works closely with business leaders and HR, and drives initiatives that turn strategy into action - including the flagship Women Visibility Program, designed to create lasting, systemic change.
