Edyta is a Finance Director, supporting the P&G Central Europe Tech Hub and the Global Technology Operations organization as their finance business partner. She spent most of her career in commercial finance, growing into the role of Commercial Finance Director for Poland and the Baltics, partnering with senior leaders to drive business growth, provide financial governance, and lead business process transformations.
In recent years, she expanded into data, technology, and modern digital capabilities, leading Central Europe Data Transformation, as well as building and scaling analytics platforms and multifunctional teams across Europe. She believes that the combination of business skills, transformation experience, and digital capabilities helps drive strategic change, deliver measurable outcomes, and build future‑ready organizations.
