She started her career as a software developer and later worked as an Agile Trainer and Agile Advocate, supporting individuals and organizations in working better together.
Today, as Head of Software Development at Tesco Technology, she leads several engineering teams and shapes long‑term technology direction. Karolina believes that strong leadership is built on trust, curiosity, and courage – especially for women navigating complex technical and leadership paths.
