Anna leads the strategic development and operations of Standard Chartered in Poland – both the Bank’s Global Business Services Centre, as well as the Polish Branch of Standard Chartered Bank AG. She has a career spanning over 25 years in financial services, investment funds and consulting.
Anna joined Standard Chartered in October 2018 to build the Conduct & Financial Crime Compliance team in Poland. Prior to this, she led the Financial Crime Compliance unit at PwC, served as deputy-chairwoman and COO at a private equity owned fintech company and built and ran RBS’ (now NatWest) operational hub in Warsaw. Her track record also includes various managerial roles at Cetelem, HSBC and GMAC.
She holds an Executive MBA, a master’s degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and diplomas of post-graduate studies in management and economics from the Warsaw School of Economics.
In 2025, Anna was on the list of 25 Women in the Business Services Sector prepared by Forbes Women Poland for being one of the top female leaders who drive the development of the modern business services.
