Marta Walczak

Marta Walczak is a software developer with nearly ten years of experience in the IT industry. She started her career as a backend developer working with .NET technologies and later expanded her role to become a full-stack engineer, including frontend development using React and TypeScript.
Over the years, she has contributed to and maintained multiple long-term projects, working with teams around the world, including Denmark, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. She has gained hands-on experience with different collaboration styles and challenging projects. She enjoys teaching others and sharing her belief that clear communication, active listening, and a shared understanding are just as important to successful projects as technical skills.
