Michal Antkowiak is an IT executive and technologist with 23 years of experience in IT industry. He possesses technical and business skills in the fields of business intelligence, enterprise mobility, network infrastructure, cloud computing, big data, AI engineering, and agentic AI. Michal had led technology innovation projects (transformation of IP networks to software-defined WAN), pioneered and established greenfield platforms (building enterprise-scale AI platform) and led large scale IT transformation programs (large scale cloud migration at P&G). He also served as a member of CIO Technical Advisory Board, having been inducted in the inaugural induction round in 2022. Currently he leads Data, Automation and AI Platforms as an IT VP at Procter & Gamble.
Michal is passionate about solving business and engineering problems, implementing greenfield solutions and developing highly functional engineering organizations. He is a critical thinker, constantly challenging status quo for continuous improvement.
