She is a Member of the Management Board of Women in Nuclear Polska and an attorney-at-law specialising in civil liability for nuclear damage and nuclear energy regulation. She is Counsel at KKG Legal, where she provides comprehensive legal advice to energy sector companies, with a particular focus on nuclear projects, regulatory compliance, and liability risk allocation.
Her academic work focuses on the nuclear liability regime under international conventions and Polish law; she is currently pursuing a PhD in this field. Patrycja is a speaker at national and international conferences dedicated to nuclear energy and energy law and actively contributes to raising legal awareness in the nuclear sector. She is a member of the International Nuclear Law Association, including the Nuclear Liability & Insurance Working Group.
She was recognised in the “25 Top Women in Business” ranking by Forbes Women and the Women in Law Foundation and is a recipient of the Rising Stars – Lawyers: Leaders of Tomorrow special award.
