Patrycja Nowakowska

Patrycja Nowakowska is a member of the Board of Women in Nuclear Poland and an attorney specializing in civil liability for nuclear damage and nuclear energy regulations. She serves as a legal advisor at KKG Legal, where she provides comprehensive legal advisory services to companies in the energy sector, with a particular focus on nuclear projects, regulatory compliance, and liability risk allocation.
Her academic work focuses on the system of liability for nuclear damage in light of international conventions and Polish law; she is currently preparing her doctoral dissertation in this field. Patrycja is a speaker at national and international conferences on nuclear energy and energy law and actively contributes to raising legal awareness in the nuclear sector. She is a member of the International Nuclear Law Association, including the Working Group on Nuclear Liability and Insurance.
