Alice Neffe serves as Country Manager of the Polish branch of Steady Energy, a Finnish company specializing in the development of small nuclear reactors for industrial heating. In this role, she is responsible for expanding the company’s operations in Poland and strengthening cooperation with entities across the entire energy sector.
She also serves as Vice Chair for Innovation on the Sustainable Business Committee of the Polish Chamber of Commerce, contributing to nationwide discussions on advanced energy technologies and responsible business practices.
From 2021 to 2024, Neffe served as a director at the Industrial Development Agency (ARP S.A.), where she coordinated international cooperation, led the development of the agency’s ESG strategy, and advanced projects in the field of nuclear energy. Previously, for over a decade, she was involved in the development, negotiation, and implementation of international and European legal frameworks, holding academic, non-governmental, and public administration positions in Poland and abroad.
