Mrs Gema Maza is Deputy Head of Operations at SatCen, the first woman with this role at SatCen. Her 20 years of professional experience has always been dedicated on supporting EU decision making process due to the nature of the Satellite Centre itself in support of the EU's security and defence policy. Mainly through generation products for crisis and conflict management and to support EU missions and operations.
