Aleksandra Przegalińska

Aleksandra Przegalińska is an associate professor of management and artificial intelligence and Vice-Rector for Innovation at Kozminski University. She is also a visiting scholar at Harvard University and a research affiliate at the Center for Labor and a Just Economy. Her work focuses on human-AI collaboration, the psychology of AI systems, and the impact of generative AI on work, organizations, and education. She is the co-author of Collaborative Society (MIT Press) and Strategizing AI in Business and Education (Cambridge University Press), and regularly advises organizations and policymakers on responsible, human-centered AI.
