Prof. Barbara Jankowska is the first woman to be elected rector of the Poznan University of Economics since the university was founded in 1926. Prof. Barbara Jankowska heads the Department of International Competitiveness at UEP. Academically, she specializes in international business issues, particularly those concerning the international competitiveness of a company and an industry, foreign direct investment, internationalization strategies of enterprises and economic clusters.
