Sylwia oversees and develops Equinix Internet Exchange in Warsaw, considered the largest commercial Internet exchange in Poland. She has more than 20 years of professional experience gained in senior management positions. During this period, she has held leadership roles in various sectors for several multinational companies such as Iron Mountain, Pelion, Tesco and Kingfisher. Sylwia Pyśkiewicz is a recognized leader in business transformation in Poland. She founded Payback, one of the largest loyalty programs in Europe, before it was acquired by American Express in 2011 in a multi-million dollar deal.
