Professor of social sciences and an expert on public administration in the fields of security, management processes, ethics or implementation of information and communication technologies, among others. She is a member of the Managing Committee of the COST Program - European Cooperation in Science and Technology 2023-2027, and has served as a deputy member of the Monitoring Committee of the Digital Poland Program, as a representative of the General Council for Higher Education since 2023.
By the votes of the scientific community, she was elected to the Council for Scientific Excellence for the first and second terms since 2019 and the Committee on Political Science of the Polish Academy of Sciences, where she has served as chairman since 2024. Until June 2024, she served as the UW Rector's plenipotentiary for informatization and organization. She has participated in the implementation of national and European projects in the fields of public administration or radiological hazards, among others.
