Anna Raubo is an experienced technology leader with more than 17 years of experience driving digital innovation and large‑scale technology initiatives. She currently serves as IT&D Director, Digital Workplace Platforms at Reckitt, where she leads the strategy and evolution of enterprise workplace platforms and DevOps capabilities.
Anna began her career building digital services and e‑commerce solutions, and over time expanded her focus to implementing, and scaling workplace technologies that enhance employee productivity.
She holds a double M.Sc. in International Business and Economics from universities in Gdańsk and Rotterdam. Anna also completed an executive program in Product Management at UC Berkeley and holds several professional certifications in IT and technology leadership, including SAFe, ITIL, CC (ISC)², and Agile.
Anna is passionate about building high‑performing teams and connecting technology strategy with business outcomes. She is also an active mentor who enjoys supporting the growth and development of emerging talent.
