Agnieszka Pogoda is an IT&D Portfolio Manager at Reckitt, where she oversees a portfolio of AI-driven solutions supporting global marketing capabilities. Working at the intersection of business and technology, she focuses on turning digital initiatives into measurable impact and advancing the organization’s innovation agenda.
She manages the full portfolio lifecycle, including prioritization, budget ownership, and tracking value delivery. Partnering with senior stakeholders, she ensures the right balance between ambition, risk, and organizational capacity through strong governance and transparent reporting.
Originally trained as an architect, Agnieszka transitioned into technology, driven by a passion for innovation and leadership. She brings experience across project and product management in a global FMCG environment and is certified in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
She also leads Employee Resource Group initiatives in Poland, supporting an inclusive workplace culture. Outside of work, she stays active through sports, building resilience and discipline she brings to mentoring.
