Joanna Ensing is a senior IT and transformation leader with over 13 years of experience at Philip Morris International (PMI), where she has built a strong track record in project and program management across complex, global environments. Currently serving as Director, IT People & Culture (P&C) Hire to Retire Delivery, she is responsible for a critical portfolio of HR technology platforms supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Joanna joined PMI in 2013, bringing a strong business foundation and passion for large‑scale change. She holds a degree in Business Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM), enabling her to bridge business strategy and technology execution.
