Veranika Sabiashchanskaya is an Engineering Manager at Netflix, where she leads the Device Capabilities team based in Warsaw. Her team builds the tooling that powers the Netflix device ecosystem — the platform that helps partners like Samsung, Philips, MediaTek, and others bring Netflix to millions of TVs and devices worldwide.
When she’s not navigating the world of chipsets and devices, she’s usually somewhere between the mountains and the ocean — hiking or kitesurfing — or planning the next trip with the same enthusiasm as a well-organized roadmap. She’s also navigating motherhood and continuous self-development, which has made her surprisingly good at prioritization and context switching.
