Nataliya is an Engineering Manager at Netflix, leading a team that builds and improves an internal product supporting production management workflows across the company. She focuses on scalable, reliable engineering solutions and people-first leadership, fostering a collaborative culture and balancing delivery with long-term quality. Nataliya also leads the Women@Warsaw ERG and mentors others in tech, supporting their growth into leadership. Outside work, she enjoys reading, pilates, and experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes
