Justyna Jędrzejczyk

Justyna Jedrzejczyk is an IT Project Manager at Philip Morris International, with over 14 years of experience in IT service management and large-scale transformation initiatives. She currently leads and coordinates cross-functional IT projects, including cloud migration and governance initiatives, and the design of an AI Operating Model that supports responsible and scalable adoption of AI across the organization. Justyna is known for her clear and effective communication across diverse teams, her commitment to continuous improvement, and her ability to drive meaningful organizational change. She is also an active member of the Women in Tech community in Cracow.
