I’m a Customer Delivery Lead at Xperi, where I work on end-to-end programs in complex tech environments, connecting strategy, execution, and delivery across teams. I’ve been in tech since 2015, with a career spanning startups and larger organizations across customer success, sales, and delivery. That experience gave me a broad, practical view of how products are shaped, how decisions translate into action and how organizations create and scale value.
Alongside my role, I’ve spent the past five years mentoring professionals across tech, supporting both individual career growth and team development. A key part of this work is helping people improve how they think about priorities, structure their work, and increase their impact in their roles.
I also work with organizations on customer journeys and collaboration models, helping them translate strategy into consistent execution.
Across everything I do, the focus is clarity — helping individuals and teams move from complexity and noise into clearer ways of working that scale and brings joy.
