Alicja Skraburska

Alicja is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over 15 years of experience across technical and executive roles. She is currently Global Head of Security Threat Operations and Response Management at Asana, where she helps advance the company’s security posture and response capabilities. Previously, she served as CISO for Enterprise Technology and Global Functions at HSBC, led one of the largest Security Operations Centers in the outsourcing domain at Cisco, and headed the global Cybercrime Expertise and Response Team at ING Bank. Alicja holds an MSc from Politechnika Śląska in Gliwice and multiple cybersecurity and technical certifications. Her interests include incident response, forensics, cybersecurity service innovation, and cyber strategy for large enterprises. She is also an active mentor supporting women in cybersecurity and a lecturer at the University of Economy and Frycz-Modrzewski University in Kraków.
