Aleksandra Hirszfeld

Philosopher (PhD), author and producer focused on leadership, awareness, and social transformation. She is the creator of Entuzjastki – a documentary series and research initiative exploring value-based female leadership, broadcast on CANAL+, and currently working on the Ukrainian edition featuring women leading communities through war and trauma. She co-hosted the World Women Summit organized by the German foundation Pocket Project, highlighting female peacebuilders and collective trauma healing. She is co-initiator of Collective Wisdom: Cooking Up Solutions – a series of in-person gatherings of women leaders from across sectors, tackling key social challenges. Her installation Information Absorber was presented at the Tinguely Museum in Basel alongside Marina Abramović. She co-authored the first Polish female erotic graphic novel The Being and is a graduate of the year-long lab Unlearning Patriarchy to Embrace Fluid Leadership. She is currently working on a book exploring how individual coherence becomes the foundation for collective wisdom—offering a new model of leadership rooted in self-awareness, ethical action, and relational intelligence.
