Over two decades she has worked in Poland and Ukraine in leadership roles spanning delivery, operations, and program management — running complex client engagements, launching an engineering center in a new location, and scaling teams across Europe, Americas, and India. She knows what it takes to move fast, make hard calls, and keep people with you while doing it.
