I bring over 9 years of experience within Rockwell Automation, currently working as a Supervisor in Managed Services. Throughout my career, I have developed strong leadership capabilities, focusing on team development, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality support to customers in a dynamic, global environment.
In addition to my leadership role, I have completed postgraduate studies in the Academy of Professional Coaching, which expanded my expertise in coaching and personal development. I actively apply these skills by supporting both my own growth and the development of others through coaching and mentoring practices. I collaborate with individuals who are open to growth, helping them build self-awareness, confidence, and effectiveness in their professional roles.
I also continuously invest in my own development and currently work with a mentor who is a Customer Organization Director, which allows me to broaden my perspective and strengthen my leadership impact.
