I have spent the last 17 years at Procter & Gamble leading enterprise technology initiatives, digital transformation programs, and strategic partnerships across multiple business units. My experience includes managing global programs, acquisitions, and the development of platforms that support business growth and innovation across areas such as marketing technology, enterprise transformation, stakeholder management, and business enablement.

What I enjoy most is connecting technology strategy with business outcomes and helping organizations navigate change successfully. The mentoring topics I focus on include career development, leadership, team management, and stakeholder management — areas that have strongly shaped my own professional journey. I believe effective leadership is about creating clarity, building trust, and enabling teams to succeed in times of change and uncertainty.

Beyond work, I’m also a mom of two and passionate about helping professionals build ambitious careers while maintaining wellbeing, balance, and personal fulfillment.
