My journey with tech started when I was just 8 years old, messing around with a Commodore 64 for the very first time. Right then, I knew technology was going to shape my future. I ended up studying Production Engineering and Management at Warsaw University of Technology, where I really got to dive into how IT systems work. But honestly, my real passion for project management and leading international teams sparked during my university days, getting involved in student organizations and learning by doing.
Twenty years later, I’m living my dream at Google! I get to lead incredibly diverse, talented teams working on innovative projects that actually have the potential to change the world. I truly believe in the power of tech to make a positive impact, and I feel so grateful to do this work every day.
Beyond Google, my path has taken me through some amazing leadership roles—from rolling out major ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA to working in manufacturing and launching new businesses. When I'm not working, what I love most is mentoring and inspiring others to find their own spark, build confidence, and discover their potential.
