Martyna Jakubowska

For over 3 years, I have been working as a penetration tester at Goldman Sachs. On a daily basis, I assess the security of the company's web applications and cloud infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending effective safeguards. Currently, I also conduct Purple Team exercises, where I simulate attacks and analyze where detections work correctly and where gaps exist. This helps improve the detection of suspicious activity and strengthens the company's overall security. Cybersecurity is a demanding and broad field that requires continuous growth, but it is also incredibly rewarding. I joined Goldman Sachs while studying Applied Computer Science at the Warsaw University of Technology. Previously, I worked as an application developer at IBM. In my free time, I am interested in fashion and figure skating.
