This month, I am thrilled to celebrate my 10th anniversary in the recruitment industry. My journey began in agency recruitment, where I developed a comprehensive foundation in sourcing, account management, and full-cycle recruitment.
In 2020, I transitioned fully into the tech sector. Since then, I have partnered with diverse engineering functions across all levels to build high-performing teams. Currently, I am part of the talent acquisition team at Netflix, where my primary focus is expanding our growing engineering hub in Warsaw. In this role, I specialize in building top-tier infrastructure engineering teams.
