Madina is the co-founder of Finansowe Latte, a nationwide educational initiative for women in Poland, creating a welcoming space where women can meet in an informal atmosphere and learn from leading experts in finance, business, and personal development. She is also the CEO of the International Women’s Finance and Education Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting education and supporting those who need it most.This year, together with Maria Ożóg, she is co-creating the “Money Talks” stage at Women in Tech, bringing together outstanding experts from the world of finance to inspire and empower women through open conversations about money, growth, and independence.
Madina combines many years of leadership experience in technology and IT with a strong commitment to women’s education and empowerment. Originally from Abkhazia, she has lived in Poland for more than 20 years. She believes that her multicultural background, language skills, and experience across different industries help her create an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone.
