Barbara Mierzwińska

Barbara Mierzwińska is Vice President at GdziePoLek.pl, where she is responsible for business development, sales, marketing, and product strategy. She is also the co-creator of Vogue Polska’s “Moja Droga” podcast, in which she speaks with business leaders and entrepreneurs about building companies and developing careers. She is a mentor.
Barbara is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and the CEMS program at the University of Cologne. She holds the internationally recognized ACCA qualification in finance, audit, and accounting. She has over 20 years of executive experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, and strategic advisory, gained in both international corporations and startups in Poland and abroad. She leads workshops and mentoring programs focused on career development, business building, and personal branding.
