She is responsible for cooperation with public administration, business organizations, and NGOs across key policy areas including innovation and digital policy, employment policy, ESG, skills development, investment conditions, as well as humanitarian support for Ukraine, its refugees, and support for the Ukrainian government in the areas of critical digital infrastructure and cybersecurity.
She is an expert in shaping enabling regulatory and investment environments for innovation, leading digital transformation initiatives, and addressing issues related to leadership and workforce management.
She has coordinated and co‑created numerous education and digital skills development programmes and initiatives fostering cooperation between business, academia, local governments, and civil society. These include virtual internships, the Corporate Readiness Certificate (micro‑credentials) programme, Cybersecurity+ for Polish and Ukrainian veterans, and the P‑TECH programme for secondary school students in Poland ( https://www.ptech.org/pl/ ).

She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and Henley Management College in the United Kingdom.
