I am a law graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where I specialized in AI liability and developed a strong interest in emerging technologies and their regulatory implications. I began my career in the public sector, building solid legal foundations through work at the Prosecutor’s Office, law firms, and the Regional Court.
I then moved into the private sector, combining legal expertise with innovation-driven environments, including the med-tech industry, where I supported a U.S. subsidiary and contributed to FDA registration and ISO 13485 certification. I later joined a global pharmaceutical company as an SME in IT & Digital Law, leading complex negotiations and delivering practical trainings.
Currently, I am a Lead Cybersecurity GRC Specialist at Bayer, focusing on translating regulatory and legal requirements into practical, business-aligned governance solutions, with a strong emphasis on AI and innovation.
