At Lingaro, she combines technical expertise with people leadership, delivering data-driven solutions and leading cross-functional teams in complex international environments. With an academic background in social psychology, she brings a strong people-centered perspective to leadership, collaboration, and change management. As a mentor, she is passionate about supporting women in technology, helping them grow their careers, build confidence, and navigate opportunities in data, AI, and leadership.As a mother and neurodiverse person she is also experienced in reskilling after long CV gap and adopting to dynamic work environment.
