Romana Berendt is a technology leader with over 11 years of experience delivering complex digital solutions in global environments. She currently serves as Senior Engineering Execution Lead at VELUX, where she is driving the establishment of the company’s Software Development Hub in Warsaw.
Before joining VELUX, she spent more than a decade at GSK, progressing from technical and data-focused roles into international leadership positions and leading global enterprise transformation initiatives across 65+ markets. Her career reflects a strong combination of technical expertise, strategic execution, and cross-functional stakeholder leadership in large-scale global organizations.
Romana holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Econometrics, as well as an Executive MBA from Poznań University of Economics and Business.
