She currently serves as PR Manager for Central and Eastern Europe at Bitget, where for the past two years she has been responsible for shaping regional communications and strengthening the brand’s presence across emerging markets.
A dedicated advocate for inclusion in Web3, Małgorzata has actively promoted the Blockchain4Her initiative, the initiative designed to support, educate, and empower women in the blockchain space through mentorship, visibility, and access to opportunities. She has presented the project at prominent industry events such as Cryptosphere and Pitch Me Baby, where she emphasized the importance of bridging the gender gap and creating a more diverse,
resilient digital assets ecosystem.
Prior to joining Bitget, she served as Marketing Manager at the cryptocurrency exchange EXMO.
