An MBA graduate from the Warsaw School of Economics, Karolina is also an engaged guest lecturer and speaker, sharing insights on venture capital, innovation ecosystems, and founder support with students and executives across leading universities and business programs.
A former founder herself (Nieobce – exited; early employee at CardioCube – exited, Zenith AI), she is a hands-on mentor passionate about backing diverse and underestimated talent through initiatives like Girls Future Ready and Women in Tech Poland, striving to make venture capital more inclusive, human, and globally connected.
