Dominika Pikul is a neuroscientist, neurodiversity researcher, and founder of NeuroEdge. She is passionate about optimizing human performance and builds tools and programs that help people expand their cognitive capacity and prevent burnout. She also works as a high-performance and flow coach, supporting leaders and teams in sustainable peak performance. Her clients include global organizations across different industries, especially technology, finance, and biotech. She holds an MSc in Neuroscience from King's College London and is a PhD candidate at Jagiellonian University, researching the neurobiology of ADHD.
