Monika has been associated with IGEOS for over 23 years, playing a key role in strengthening the market position of Polish companies within the energy sector. Throughout her career, she has progressed through successive leadership roles — from Assistant to the Director to Deputy Director General.
She developed her expertise in the Polish energy market through collaboration with leading industry specialists and executives, complemented by postgraduate studies at Warsaw University of Technology and Warsaw School of Economics, as well as participation in numerous international conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Her experience working on both domestic and international projects across Europe, South Korea, and the United States has enabled her to effectively adapt to diverse business environments and stakeholder needs. Over the past five years, she has focused on developing the IGEOS Nuclear team, whose primary mission is to prepare Polish industry to meet the standards and requirements of the nuclear energy sector.
Monika was named to the “25 Women in Energy” list by Forbes Women Poland in 2026 in recognition of her contributions to the development of Poland’s nuclear energy sector.
