HR Advisor at Bechtel, where she has been working since October 2023. She joined the organization at an early stage of its operations in Poland and is responsible for developing the local HR function.
She has been working in human resources since 2010. Her experience includes recruitment, personnel administration, payroll, HR operations, and the implementation of HR processes and internal policies. She focuses on people development and building environments that support growth across all stages of the employee lifecycle. The project is particularly engaging as it involves building HR structures from the ground up while supporting the development of Poland’s first nuclear power plant.
She is engaged in initiatives supporting the development and visibility of women in the workplace and actively contributes to building an inclusive environment. She is a member of the internal Women@Bechtel network and has been involved in its activities in Poland since its launch, supporting initiatives aimed at strengthening the role of women.
