Aiman Khan is a senior leader in Canada’s nuclear energy sector, recognized for driving innovation, engineering excellence, and large-scale infrastructure delivery. She is Vice President of Engineering Services at Candu Energy Inc. (AtkinsRéalis), leading the strategic growth of nuclear engineering and OEM service capabilities for the global CANDU fleet.
Her organization delivers critical engineering, tooling, and procurement solutions supporting the long-term reliability and sustainability of carbon-free nuclear power. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Bruce Power, including Senior Program Manager for Major Component Refurbishment, where she led initiatives in lean operations, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Aiman is President of Women in Nuclear Canada, representing over 7000 members nationwide, and serves on the Brilliant Energy Institute Advisory Board. She holds an Executive MBA from MIT Sloan and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics) from Ontario Tech University, and is known for bridging technical depth with visionary leadership across industry, policy, and community.
