Inna Sedykh

Inna Sedykh is Director and Head of Data and Analytics Practice at EPAM Systems Poland, with over 20 years of experience in IT and technology management. Throughout her career she has consistently grown from hands-on delivery roles into senior leadership, building expertise in data technologies, AI and digital transformation, while driving delivery excellence and scaling high-performing teams across complex organizations. Outside of work, Inna is a proud mother of two adult children and a happy owner of two dogs.
