Head of Nuclear Safety Assessment at ORLEN Synthos Green Energy, leading safety assessment for deployment of the BWRX‑300 Small Modular Reactor in Poland.
With over 10 years of experience in nuclear reactor safety, she specializes in deterministic safety analysis, severe accidents, and regulatory frameworks for advanced reactors.
She is Technical Lead for the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (PSAR), overseeing its development, integration, and compliance with Polish and international requirements.
Her work includes development and verification of the regulatory framework for SMR deployment, ensuring consistency between design, safety analyses, licensing, and validation of accident simulation methodologies, source term evaluation, and dose calculations.
 
She holds a PhD in nuclear engineering from Warsaw University of Technology. Her research on severe accident modeling received national recognition and nomination for the ENS PhD Award. In 2023, she received the honorary distinction “Zasłużony dla Energetyki” from the Ministry of Climate and Environment.
 
She previously worked at NCBJ and collaborated internationally with KTH (Sweden), CEA Cadarache (France), and UIUC (USA).
