I am a Senior Director at Paramount, where I lead the Backend Engineering Chapter. With more than a decade at Paramount and a background in Computer Science from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, I have spent my career building expertise in backend engineering, scalable systems, and technology leadership. Over the years, I have combined hands-on technical experience with leadership development, focusing on building strong engineering cultures that value collaboration, communication, adaptability, and continuous learning. I am particularly interested in how AI is reshaping software engineering and engineering leadership. Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about maintaining a healthy balance between career growth and personal life as a wife and mother.
