Yuliya Shapialko

When I was in school, I dreamed of becoming a designer, but I ultimately graduated from medical university and became a pharmacist. Years later, that dream finally came true — I became a designer. For almost the past four years, I have been working at Bayer as a digital product designer in the pharmaceutical division. With more than a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I effectively navigate company processes and prioritize customer-centricity when crafting high-quality digital solutions. Recently, I have been doing a lot of user research and upskilling in AI. Together with a brilliant team, I am also building a Women in STEM community at Bayer Poland.
