I am an experienced Senior Business and System Analyst, Manager with a proven track record of IT Business and System analysis. I manage IT projects and teams, including leadership of data engineering initiatives focused on data governance and processing infrastructure. My areas of experience include: analysis and consultancy in the field of IT systems development and implementation, data management, and implementation of data governance frameworks. I have a strong background and knowledge of ERP and IT Banking systems - commercial and national (NBP). I have experience in building and managing high-performing engineering teams composed of Engineers, Architects and Data Analysts. I successfully use Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
