Joanna is a Manager at Orange Polska, responsible for the team providing Services for Corporations within the Orange Innovation Poland structure. She is working both internationally with the Orange Group and within the local Orange ecosystem. As Incubation and New Product Development Manager, she managed innovation process and the Orange Fab program, which received recognition including the Heart Award and Top Industry Diamonds – Patron of Start-ups. She also managed the budget and cooperation with the controlling.
She has received awards from the Pomeranian Employers Organization and the Polish Equestrian Federation for her social commitment.
Joanna is a business-oriented and client-centric professional who values collaboration built on empathy, inspiration, and team development.
