Bogumiła Ożarska-Karbowiak is an attorney-at-law, member of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Warsaw, with over 25 years of experience and specializing in business law. She worked for many years in international law firms handling infrastructure projects and public procurement. She has experience in implementing projects in the construction sector both on the side of the contracting authority and the contractor. She is also competent in individual and collective labor law. She became involved with Poland’s first nuclear power plant project back in 2012, when she was engaged in the preparation of the integrated proceedings.
Bogumiła Ożarska-Karbowiak is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She has a specialization in corporate law.
