She is a manager with around 25 years of experience in the construction sector, specializing in quality management and sustainable development. She gained professional experience at companies including Strabag – Hermann Kirchner, Helit Woerner, and Budimex S.A., where, as Office Director, she oversaw the Quality, Environmental Protection, and ESG Offices. From 2022 to January 2025, she served as President of Circular Construction S.A., and since December 2023, as President of the Polish Association of Asphalt Pavement Contractors.
She joined Unibep S.A. on May 1, 2025, as Chief Technical and Development Officer, and since June 1, 2025, has been a member of the Management Board responsible for developing the company’s energy construction segment.
She graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Częstochowa University of Technology, completed postgraduate studies in management at the University of Economics in Katowice, and earned a PhD in 2024 from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
