Head of B2B New Technologies at T-Mobile Polska. Magdalena is responsible for B2B marketing in the field of new technologies, supporting the development of strategy and communication for solutions such as cloud, cybersecurity, next-generation connectivity, ICT and digital transformation. She collaborates closely with sales, product, tech, and communications teams, combining strategic thinking with a strong focus on real business needs. Her work goes beyond campaigns, focusing on creating value, building trust, and simplifying the language of technology.
Magdalena is also a lecturer at Kozminski University and Advisor to the Rector for Marketing. She bridges business, academia, and technology, connects the labour market with the younger generation, and leads the Million Talents programme supporting gifted youth through mentoring and scholarships.
She has 25+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, communications, digital, and brand development. She has worked for international brands such as Ericsson, Polkomtel/Plus, McDonald’s, and Komfort, leading projects in brand strategy, 360° communication, Go-To-Market, transformation, and new business models.
